Every component costed and sourced before sampling
Fabric, thread, trims, labels and packaging are listed with weights, compositions and supplier references, so quoting is accurate the first time and substitutions are a decision rather than a surprise.
02 / Construction
Stitch type, seam allowance and SPI on every seam
Construction pages are drawn from the factory's point of view: which machine, which seam, which allowance, in what order. Ambiguity is where cost and delay live.
03 / Measurement
POM tables and grading across the full size run
Points of measure are defined against a master spec with tolerances, then graded so fit intent holds from the smallest to the largest size.
