A founder needed an AW26 tall-fit luxury performance collection in premium pima cotton with no technical design capability in-house. I audited fabric weights across the mid-weight range and settled on 300 GSM, then engineered the raglan tops and jogger cuff system through to an approved sample.

Weighed hand-feel against bulk across the fabric range and locked in 300 GSM premium pima cotton — substantial enough for AW26 without reading oversized on a tall frame.
Offset raglan seams with split-needle overlock
On the tops, offset raglan seams with split-needle overlock rebalanced the shoulder line so the tall fit reads intentional, not accidentally oversized.
Four-point stay-tape cuff
A four-point stay-tape cuff system was built into the jogger hem to stop the chronic ankle-roll that tall-fit joggers usually suffer after a few wears.
Sample approved for production
The final prototype was approved at sampling, with the raglan line, cuff system and taping carried into the production specification as drafted.
